This refund policy applies to paid Academic AI Lab subscriptions, digital products, and custom academic or digital support services.
Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription at any time. After cancellation, your paid access normally remains active until the end of the current billing period. We generally do not provide partial refunds for unused days in an active billing period unless required by law or approved after review.
Refund Window
If you purchased a subscription by mistake or cannot access the paid service because of a technical issue we cannot resolve, contact us within 7 days of purchase. We will review the request and may issue a refund where appropriate.
Custom Academic and Digital Services
Custom services are scoped and quoted before work begins. If work has not started, a refund may be available after deducting any payment processor or administrative costs. Once work has started, refunds depend on the completed scope, time spent, files delivered, and the reason for the request.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may be declined for completed custom work, downloaded digital resources, account misuse, violation of our terms, repeated refund abuse, change of mind after substantial work has been completed, or dissatisfaction caused by requirements that were not provided before work began.
Duplicate or Accidental Payments
Duplicate charges or accidental duplicate payments should be reported as soon as possible. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded or credited after review.
How to Request a Refund
Contact Academic AI Lab through the website support or order access channels. Include your account email, order ID if available, payment date, and reason for the refund request. Refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible.
Payment Provider Rules
Some refunds may also be subject to the payment provider's processing rules, timelines, currency conversion, and card network policies.
